Job Description:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding their belongings and any concerns they may have.
- Take a comprehensive digital inventory of all items impacted by the damage.
- Carefully pack, label, and organize items to ensure their safety and easy identification.
- Safely wrap furniture and other large items to prevent damage.
- Use dollies and proper lifting techniques to move furniture and boxes from the customer's home into company vehicles, and transport them from the job site to our warehouse facility
- Manage the safe storage and organization of items within our warehouse facility.
- Execute the return of items to the customer's home upon the completion of reconstruction.
- Adhere to all safety and SERVPRO® production guidelines to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Be able to make basic logistical decisions (salvage vs non salvage, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, etc)
- Effective oral communication
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license
- Bi- Lingual is a plus
- Must have lead/ supervisorial experience
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
